• Shift: Monday - Friday
• Estimated Salary Range: $125,000 per year (including incentives)
About the Role:
The HVAC Operations Director will be responsible for allocating resources, creating and maintaining policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring exceptional customer service, improving processes, engaging with vendors, and hiring employees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize profits
• Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees to ensure seamless operations
