Owatonna Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Owatonna, MN.
Job Summary: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC systems to identify issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate from an accredited HVAC technical school preferred
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License and NATE Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
