Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Repair Professional to join our team at Aquarius Home Services. As a Residential HVAC Repair Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in residential HVAC repair, diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, and meeting sales targets.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of four years' experience in the HVACR industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Skills: Possess extensive knowledge of local HVAC codes, have a proven track record in heating and cooling systems, and hold NATE certification.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop effective communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service: Establish strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in HVACR or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum four years' experience in the HVACR industry, including hands-on training and/or work as an HVAC technician.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
