Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for delivering the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair.
You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
• Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
• Clean, safe driving record
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
Working Conditions:
The typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with some weekend work, as well as early and/or late weekday meetings with staff personnel as needed.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
