Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch installations by adhering to manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.
• Maintain and enhance installation quality through installer training, accountability, on-site quality control, and review of digital checklists.
• Foster a positive work environment by upholding the company's vision statement, mission statement, and core values.
• Promote departmental innovation through training, research, and focus on progressive installation practices.
• Analyze job costing data to optimize department performance and profitability.
• Track key metrics such as installer efficiency rating (IER) and recall percentage to ensure efficient installations.
• Collaborate with departments to schedule jobs, order equipment, and materials.
