Compensation Package
We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $60 per hour, plus bonuses based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, and more. Job Description
You will play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions. As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service (5 years preferred). EPA Universal certification is required. NATE certification is not required but preferred. Sheet Metal and/or Gas Fitter license is also not required but preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and educate customers on services and financing options are essential. Strong sense of professionalism and determination to exceed revenue goals are also necessary. High integrity and great work ethic are a must.
