Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Brooksby Village, a 90-acre continuing care retirement community located in Peabody, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC service and be able to perform a wide range of tasks including:
• Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment, refrigeration equipment, and other related systems
• Responding to emergency calls and troubleshooting system failures
• Inspecting and evaluating the efficiency and safety of systems
• Reading blueprints and preparing sketches as required
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $29/hour starting rate (commensurate with experience), plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
