Responsibilities
As a HVAC Refrigeration Technician at See It Right Here, you will:
• Install, service, and braise refrigeration equipment.
• Work closely with internal and external PMs, GCs, and other contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
• Create and maintain employee schedules, forecast job needs, and stock lists.
• Mentor and develop apprentices to enhance team skills.
Requirements
• A high school diploma and 5+ years of HVAC industry diagnosis and service experience are necessary.
• You must have a valid driver's license, MA Refrigeration License, or MA Sheet Metal License, and EPA 608 Universal certification.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary is $75,000 - $110,000, with additional benefits, including health insurance starting from Day 1 and a comprehensive company training program.
