Senior HVAC Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Brooksby Village, a 90-acre continuing care retirement community in Massachusetts. This key role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of residential homes and commercial buildings on campus.
About the Position
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and refrigeration equipment, mechanical systems, and other designated areas
• Respond to emergency calls for system failures and ensure timely resolution
• Inspect and evaluate the efficiency and safety of systems to prevent trouble-free operation
• Read blueprints and isometrics, prepare sketches as required to document work
• Troubleshoot and repair designated refrigeration equipment and ice machines
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC service
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints and isometrics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate: $29/hour
