B Brooksby Village, a leading provider of senior living and health care services, seeks a skilled Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of our on-campus residential homes and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, with a minimum of 5 years experience and excellent technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment, refrigeration equipment, and other related systems
• Responding to emergency calls and troubleshooting system failures
• Inspecting and evaluating the efficiency and safety of systems
• Reading blueprints and preparing sketches as required
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $29/hour starting rate (commensurate with experience), plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
