Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Provide expert advice to customers on services and financing options
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve revenue goals
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service (5 years preferred)
• EPA Universal certification required
• NATE certification preferred but not required
• Sheet Metal and/or Gas Fitter license preferred but not required
