We are seeking an HVAC/R Technician for a leading and growing company, with locations across New England, handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to:
Ice machines, Rooftop units (RTUs), Walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, Exhaust fans, HVAC/R controls, Split systems, Air handlers, and Make-up air fans.
A candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems related to HVAC/R equipment and controls, with proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints is going to be the ideal candidate.
HVAC/R Technician Requirements:
• 3–10+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R controls and smart devices.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• MA Refrigeration License (preferred).
• OSHA 10 Certification a plus
HVAC/R Technician Key Responsibilities:
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC/R systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
