Responsible for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Position Responsibilities • Performs diagnosis and repair work on refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, • water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors and HVAC units. Then returns all • equipment to proper operating levels with a goal of zero call backs. • Performs preventative maintenance on the same equipment as listed above to ensure optimal • operating efficiencies and less downtime for the customer. • Completes all paperwork in a timely manner. • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA on an as-needed basis. • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience required • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers • Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a professional attitude • Good driving record and valid State Driver License • Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule: nights/weekends/holidays • Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implications in all situations
