This role involves visiting customers' homes to assess the efficiency and functionality of their plumbing systems, providing small maintenance repairs, and educating homeowners on long-term solutions and our service offerings.
The ideal candidate excels in customer service, communication, and professional presentation, creating trust and value for our clients. This is a HANDS-ON POSITION that will be trained to complete plumbing maintenance functions. You must have mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn plumbing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Consultation: Visit residential properties to evaluate plumbing systems and provide tailored advice on efficiency and potential improvements.
• Maintenance Repairs: Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, adjusting fittings, or clearing simple clogs.
• Customer Education: Clearly explain plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and educate customers about our company's products and services.
• Sales and Service Promotion: Present and sell long-term plumbing solutions and maintenance plans to homeowners, focusing on the benefits of our offerings.
• Professional Presentation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance, fostering customer confidence and trust.
• Communication: Use excellent verbal skills to articulate technical information in an accessible way for customers.
• Follow-Through: Ensure consistent follow-up with both existing and new customers to address concerns and build lasting relationships.
• Training in Technical Skills: Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in light technical residential plumbing repairs.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Mechanically inclined, with a willingness to learn about plumbing systems and basic repairs.
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Direct customer sales experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for candidates who can provide multiple solutions to customer problems.
• Willingness to undergo training for technical plumbing skills.
• For insurance purposes, you must be 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
