Position Summary:
The HVAC Install and Sales Coordinator plays a key role in our operations by managing installation schedules, driving outbound sales efforts, and supporting administrative functions. This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination:
• Make outbound sales calls to follow up on leads, close sales, and generate new business.
• Upsell additional services and products to existing customers.
• Sell membership to existing and new customers.
• Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Process financing.
• Keep all necessary reports up to date.
• Install Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation appointments with customers and technicians.
• Ensure seamless communication between sales, technicians, and customers to guarantee timely project completion.
• Confirm readiness of materials and equipment for scheduled installations.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and update customer records in the company’s CRM and scheduling systems.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and service agreements as needed.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Generate reports for sales and operations management.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
• Strong administrative experience, including scheduling and CRM/database management.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Other Requirements:
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology and systems is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
