Description:
Semper Fi is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position. Responsible for handling in and outbound customer calls, as well as helping with dispatch. This will be a full-time positon with a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Responsibilities:
· Primary focus is to perform outbound calls as needed with current and/or prospective customers influencing customers to schedule services
· Provide positive high quality customer service experience to current and prospective customers calling to schedule repairs, maintenance and/or inquire about existing repairs
· Resolving all customers’ needs friendly and in a timely manner
· Record customer information and schedule appointments accurately
· Review customer account information and/or maintain customer database
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
· Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs
· Attention to detail and accuracy a must
· Must be able to multi-task
· Solid sales acumen
· Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
· Determination to succeed
· Personal accountability is a necessity
· Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
