About the Role
This is a long-term employment opportunity for individuals who can diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems without requiring 24-hour or on-call shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair issues with commercial heating and cooling systems
• Maintain and service HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a full benefits package including uniforms, 15 paid days off per year, employer-paid health care, employer-paid dental, paid life insurance plan, work van, and 401k deferred savings plan.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
