The Estate Yountville, a luxury hotel in Napa Valley, seeks an experienced HVAC technician to maintain the physical functionality and safety of its equipment and machinery. As an HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our heating and cooling systems, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of previous experience in HVAC or other related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
