Climate Control Technician
We are seeking a skilled Climate Control Technician to join our team at Jobot. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing climate control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair climate control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with climate control systems.
• Perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide clear customer communication and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Document work performed and materials used for accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Section 608 certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and control components.
• NATE certification or additional HVAC certifications.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart technology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Commercial HVAC experience.
• Familiarity with mobile apps for work orders.
• Proven customer service excellence.
