About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Building Engineer to join our team at CCS Facility Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including circuit breakers, motor control starters, and outlets.
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Inspect and test life safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency generators.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs for all building mechanical equipment.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the building operation/maintenance field preferred.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Handler License required.
• NATE Certified HVAC Technician.
• Refrigeration Operating Engineer or Stationary Engineer License required.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
