About the Role
The National HVAC Trade Manager will be responsible for leading HVAC management for our entire portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. This includes developing and implementing HVAC programs to identify asset repair vs. replacement, using data analysis to monitor trends and reduce HVAC issues, and conducting field visits to validate major HVAC projects.
You will also be responsible for standardizing processes and procedures for HVAC system management, cultivating strategic relationships with vendors, consultants, and manufacturers, and researching and recommending HVAC products and specifications.

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 total compensation
