Position Overview: We are hiring for a Field Team Member with HVAC certification and handyman skills to service properties in and around the North Texas area. This is a full-time, immediate-fill position, but we are flexible with start dates. The individual hired will visit properties daily to make repairs and complete make-readies. A company vehicle is provided for this position. When HVAC-specific tasks are not required, the technician will handle general handyman duties.
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Perform general handyman tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and carpentry. Provide excellent customer service while addressing client concerns. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Complete property make-readies and repairs as required.
Qualifications: HVAC certification required. Handyman skills required. Minimum of 2 years of HVAC or general maintenance experience preferred. Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
What We Offer: Starting Pay: $24 per hour.
