Key Responsibilities
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and configuring routers and switches.
