Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually based on performance commissions, with an average hourly rate of $20-$28 (all-in) and a retention bonus of $2,000 within the first 12 months of employment.*

About the Position
As a Lead HVAC Technician at TemperaturePro, you will be responsible for overseeing our HVAC operations, managing a team of service technicians, and providing top-notch service to our customers. You'll conduct daily check-ins, reinforce company processes, and maximize training opportunities. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA certification and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience with a strong performance record in the industry.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of technicians.
• The ability to prioritize quality over speed and focus on doing things right.
