Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Master HVAC Specialist to join our team at TechFlow, Inc. in Jacksonville, NC. As a Senior Master HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for performing advanced-level maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC principles, the ability to recognize and determine the most efficient method for diagnosing, testing and correcting malfunctions, and be EPA Universal Certified. You will work on air-cooled chillers, pumps and water systems, and VRF systems, and use a multi-meter to check voltage lamp and torch for brazing.
A competitive salary range for this position is $43,260 - $46,600 per year, plus an insurance allowance of $9,750 annually. We offer a generous benefits package consistent with Collective Bargaining Agreement, including health care plan, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, safety allowance, uniforms, and annual increase to wages and allowance.
This is a non-seasonal, steady work opportunity with opportunities for overtime and advancement. To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and walking, and work both indoors and outdoors in various temperatures and weather conditions.
