Job Summary
Air Tech, Inc. is looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and schedule service requests.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations.
• Prepare and issue accurate service invoices and manage customer billing.
• Process and record payments, following up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of service calls and financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar position.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
