Air Tech, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians to customer locations.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to service calls, appointments, and ETAs.
• Prepare and issue accurate service invoices and manage customer billing.
• Process and record payments, following up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of service calls and financial transactions.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar position.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
