• *Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. As a senior technical support specialist, you will troubleshoot and solve complex HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration, with a stable work history and relevant licenses such as EPA or Universal License. You must be able to read blueprints and possess working knowledge of all hand and power tools.
A strong technical background and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role. You will also lead, motivate, and discipline team members, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• *Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
• Act as the senior technical support for other service team members, answering technical questions and addressing issues.
• Attend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects, if needed.
• Be well-prepared to handle any issues that may arise.
• Dependably work in emergency situations when called upon.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Stable work history.
• HVAC and brazing license.
• EPA or Universal License.
• Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation.
• Working knowledge of all hand and power tools.
• Proficiency with specialty tools including Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion Analysis.
• Strong technical background.

• Ability to manage, lead, motivate, and discipline team members.
