As an Installation and Repair Expert at Altice USA, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting AUSA products and services. Your role will involve working independently and with others to ensure that every installation and repair is done efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Install, test, and troubleshoot AUSA products and services
• Utilizes network tools and troubleshooting knowledge to resolve network problems
• Resolves issues at installation and scheduled service calls
• Ensures all installations and repairs are done efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in person and by telephone
• Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb poles using gaffs, hooks, and climbing belt
