Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Air Company in Sacramento, California.
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading installation teams and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.
With a minimum of 5 years of verifiable field installing experience, you will have the skills and knowledge to lift/carry items weighing 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
A valid California Driver's License and a clean DMV record are required. You must also pass a background check and drug test.
Our company offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 401k matching and vacation pay.
