Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnostics and repair of commercial roof leaks
• Leadership in roof maintenance and small repair jobs
• Paperwork, timesheets, and safety policy adherence
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with various roofing materials and repairs
• A valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25 feet
