We're looking for a highly skilled Residential Window Installation Expert to join The Glass Guru team. This role is responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences through exceptional installation services.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure job materials meet quality standards before commencing work
• Load necessary equipment and supplies onto installation vehicles
• Foster open communication with customers and the office regarding scheduling and delays
• Verify work orders, products, and installation locations before arriving at customer sites
• Provide quality installation services, troubleshoot issues, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction
• Manage customer expectations and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring customer properties are left in excellent condition
• Close out installations by educating customers on product care, maintenance, and warranty information
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in residential glass installation
• A high school diploma or equivalent education
• Initial background check and drug test clearance
• A valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
• The ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50-100lbs, and maintain good health
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Residential glass replacement and repair expertise
• Proficiency in window and door installation, including new construction and retrofit
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
