We are seeking a highly skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance Expert to join our team at Environmental Control Inc. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair various heating and air conditioning systems and components, including preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Apply diagnostic tools and methods to identify equipment malfunctions and make recommendations for service and repair.
• Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, as well as coordinate with dispatchers to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
• Technical Knowledge: Possess specific knowledge of methods used in maintenance, service, repair, and replacement of heating and air conditioning systems, parts, and components, and related equipment.
• Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding customer service skills and ability to clearly explain processes using written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Estimated Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
