We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to join our team at ModernControls LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales for HVAC service projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You'll work closely with our team to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales to meet company revenue goals.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
• Maintain existing client relationships and drive sales for HVAC service projects
• Work closely with our team to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales
• Travel within the sales territory to meet new and existing customers
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in Industrial/Commercial HVAC preferred
• Efficient in Microsoft Products
• Valid driver's license and in good standing
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
