HVAC Lead Installer Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Accurate Mechanical Inc. in Lancaster. This role involves leading installation teams and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading installation teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Overseeing the installation of commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop units
• Sizing, cutting, and installing metal duct runs
• Coordinating with other trades
• Maintaining a positive team attitude and atmosphere on the job site
Responsibilities
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You'll also need to be able to:
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including cramped spaces and heights
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with project leaders to develop efficient workflows and improve processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Aerial lift certification
• Crane lift and rigging certification
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
• $55,000 - $75,000 per year (estimated)
