Job Description:
The Residential Service Technician will be the face of Accurate to our customers, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers. This role requires a strong knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed/completed
• Recommend Indoor Air Quality solutions to customers
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years' experience in the industry
• 10 hr. OSHA card (preferred)
• NATE certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of fundamentals of how residential heaters, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment operate and function
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development, a comprehensive benefits package, and a fun and dynamic work environment.
