About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. This is a full-time position based in Lancaster.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation of commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, mini-splits, rooftop units, unit heaters, boilers, chillers.
• Coordinating with other trades for efficient project execution.
• Properly sizing, cutting, insulating, and installing metal duct runs.
• Managing kitchen hoods, exhaust systems, welded ducts, and make-up air systems.
• Ledding a team of installers with minimal supervision, while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Aerial lift certification.
• Crane lift and rigging certification.
