A career opportunity exists for a skilled Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Accurate Mechanical Inc. in Lancaster. This role involves leading installation teams and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

We're seeking a candidate who can oversee the installation of commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop units. The successful applicant will also be responsible for sizing, cutting, and installing metal duct runs, as well as coordinating with other trades.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading installation teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Overseeing the installation of commercial HVAC systems
• Sizing, cutting, and installing metal duct runs
• Coordinating with other trades
• Maintaining a positive team attitude and atmosphere on the job site
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Aerial lift certification
• Crane lift and rigging certification
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including cramped spaces and heights
Benefits
