We are seeking a Residential and Commercial Heating and Cooling Expert to join our team in Western PA and Ohio.
About the Job
This role involves providing technical support to customers, educating them on equipment sold by Famous Supply, and developing and presenting HVAC training classes. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of field experience in commercial and residential products and applications, as well as a CFC Section 608 license.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide phone and field technical support to customers
• Develop and present HVAC training classes
• Educate customers on industry standards and updates
• Assist customers in solving equipment and application problems
• Maintain written records of job site visits, phone calls, and customer contacts
Requirements
• At least 7 years of field experience in commercial and residential products and applications
• CFC Section 608 license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
Salary Estimate: $85,000-$110,000 per year based on experience
