Job Duties:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on experience.
