With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
About the Role:
• Installation and Repair: Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine HVAC maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan.
• Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Valid HVAC technician license issued in the USA.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Clean driving record.
