Weidner Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install new heating and air conditioning systems, using advanced installation techniques to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment, using advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt, effective solutions to minimize downtime and customer disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including details of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully completing complex installations and repairs.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Able to handle physical workload requirements, including lifting, bending, and working at heights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
