Refrigeration Systems Specialist Job
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at Southern Food Systems. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing refrigerated equipment throughout PA, WV & MD.

Responsibilities:
• Install and service refrigerated equipment to meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in the foodservice industry.
• EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of electricity and different phases and voltage.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds occasionally.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
Salary Range:
$62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $1,500 signing bonus*.
• Signing Bonus: Paid out following successful completion of 30 days.
