We're seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class support to our customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Supporting customers through various communication channels (calls, text, web chat, email)
• Educating customers on their home services to ensure informed decisions
• Utilizing software to input service requests efficiently
• Communicating with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Scheduling visits for Family First Plan members
• Making outbound calls to maintain field staff productivity during slow periods
• Selling and renewing maintenance agreements
• Participating in ongoing training to enhance objection handling, empathy, and call booking skills
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences while ensuring high call booking rates.
