About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Window Cleaning Technician/Driver/Crew Leader to join our team at Agora Window Cleaning LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
• Residential window cleaning (inside/outside) and gutter cleaning
• Pressure washing and operating a work pick-up truck
• Working effectively in a team and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A valid clean driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and a tidy appearance
• The ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
• Prior experience in a similar role or leadership position
