Job Profile
MK Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of industrial HVAC systems.
Main Responsibilities
• Performs routine maintenance tasks at industrial sites to prevent equipment failures and optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains complex industrial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, and process-related systems.
• Installs new HVAC equipment, including ductless mini-splits and variable-speed drives.
• Documents equipment condition, refrigerant levels, and other relevant data in log sheets for customers.
• Collaborates with supervisors and dispatching teams to ensure seamless communication and timely response to customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial HVAC service and repair.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including on-call shifts.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent MK Mechanical LLC professionally.
Estimated Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000 per annum
