Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, seeks a skilled Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician to join its team.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to service HVAC systems and equipment on assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and maintain equipment according to company standards.
• Document work and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the company and provide technical support to customers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
