Job Summary
Trio Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our residential HVAC installations and repairs, troubleshooting and resolving any issues in residential HVAC systems, and providing training and development opportunities for our service technicians.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$170,000 annually, including performance-based pay, comprehensive insurance coverage, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Experience: Residential HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• License/Certification: EPA (Required), NATE (Preferred), Driver's License (Required)
