DG Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a HVAC shop manager/driver to manage operations and pick up and deliver parts and equipment. Must be proactive.

What we are looking for:
• MUST have HVAC manufacturers, equipment, and distributors experience
• MUST have a valid drivers license, had it for at least 3 years, and have a clean driving record (drivers license will be checked prior to employment and is a condition of hire)
• MUST be punctual and highly detail-oriented
• Highly motivated individual to manage heating and air conditioning warehouse
• Set up daily equipment and material for heating and air conditioning installations
• Order, pick up, and deliver parts and equipment and process incoming orders
• Work closely with office staff and sales team on equipment need
• Computer skills a must
• Self-starter
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Team player attitude
• Being part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure efficiency
• Satisfaction of serving others on a daily basis
• Be aware of all safety protocols and practices
• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a plus

• The ability to safely operate vans, trucks, forklifts, hand trucks, in a variety of weather and traffic conditions

Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm M-F or 7:30am - 3:30pm M-F (need flexibility to work)
