We are currently hiring a Will Call Specialist to work in our Plymouth, MN location. This position provides a great opportunity to grow in the HVAC career, within a well-established company. The purpose of this role is to provide information and problem-solving solutions to customers, in a professional and friendly manner. This position is best suited for someone who:

• Experience within a customer service environment.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Has the ability to communicate verbally.
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO?
Job responsibilities for this role include
• Assist walk-in customers to pick up orders already entered, picked and staged
• Facilitate the loading of customer and/ or driver orders with the Will Call team.
• Work with will call and Inside Sales to make sure orders coming off the printer are picked in order of urgency/importance
• Billing customers at time of pick-up, which may involve processing credit card transactions or accepting cash payments.
• Manager Will Call open orders to ensure product is picked up by customers and managed effectively.
• Assist in the daily picking and organization of the transfer process between facilities
• Coordinate outbound courier deliveries and help with outgoing LTL / Truckline shipments that leave our facility
• Assist in the collection of returns + return paperwork from customers
• Manage the restocking and replenishment of inventory in our City Sales area.
• Utilize equipment in the warehouse to pick orders in the warehouse as needed.
• Re-locating product from Will Call to various locations in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
This position is best suited for an individual with
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
